The DMC2053UVT-7 is a complementary pair enhancement mode MOSFET from Diodes Incorporated, integrating both N-channel and P-channel MOSFETs in a single TSOT-26 package. It is designed for high efficiency power management applications.
Key electrical specifications: The N-channel MOSFET has a minimum drain-source breakdown voltage of 20V and a maximum continuous drain current of 4.6A at 25°C. The P-channel MOSFET has a minimum breakdown voltage of -20V and a maximum continuous drain current of 3.2A at 25°C. On-resistance is 35mΩ for the N-channel and 74mΩ for the P-channel at VGS=4.5V. Gate charge is 3.6nC and 5.9nC respectively. Input capacitance is 369pF and 440pF.
