The Diodes Incorporated DMC2020USD-13 is a 20V complementary pair enhancement mode MOSFET integrating an N-channel and a P-channel transistor in a single SO-8 package. This device minimizes on-state resistance while maintaining superior switching performance, making it suitable for high efficiency power management applications.
The N-channel MOSFET offers a maximum drain current of 8.5A at 25°C with a low Rds(on) of 20mΩ at VGS=4.5V and 28mΩ at VGS=2.5V. The P-channel MOSFET handles -6.8A with Rds(on) of 33mΩ at VGS=-4.5V and 45mΩ at VGS=-2.5V. The logic level gate enables drive from low voltage control signals.
Housed in a surface mount SO-8 package with matte tin over copper lead frame terminals and a moisture sensitivity level of 1 (unlimited floor life), this component is suitable for DC-DC converters, motor control, notebook power management, and general purpose power switching applications.
