The DMC1028UVT-7 is a complementary pair enhancement mode MOSFET from Diodes Incorporated, integrating both an N-channel and a P-channel MOSFET in a single TSOT-26 surface mount package. The N-channel device has a minimum drain-source breakdown voltage of 12V and a maximum continuous drain current of 6.1A at TA=+25°C. The P-channel device provides a minimum breakdown voltage of 20V and a drain current of 3.5A.
On-resistance for the N-channel is as low as 25mΩ at VGS=4.5V, while the P-channel offers 80mΩ at VGS=-4.5V. Both channels feature ESD protected gates and low input capacitance, supporting fast switching for efficient power management. The device is suitable for DC-DC converters, backlighting, and general power management functions.
The TSOT-26 package is lead-free, RoHS3 compliant, halogen-free, and has an MSL rating of Level 3 per J-STD-020.
