On-resistance for the N-channel is as low as 25mΩ at VGS=4.5V, while the P-channel offers 80mΩ at VGS=-4.5V. Both channels feature ESD protected gates and low input capacitance, supporting fast switching for efficient power management. The device is suitable for DC-DC converters, backlighting, and general power management functions.
