The DM74ALS245AWMX is an octal 3-state bus transceiver designed for bidirectional asynchronous communication between data buses. It features non-inverting logic and independent 3-state output controls for the A and B buses, allowing flexible data flow direction management.
This device operates from a 4.5V to 5.5V supply voltage and is specified over a 0°C to 70°C temperature range. It is built using an advanced oxide-isolated, ion-implanted Schottky TTL process, providing low output impedance capable of driving terminated transmission lines down to 133 ohms. The switching response is specified into a 500 ohm / 50 pF load.
