The DLPT05-7 is a unidirectional TVS diode designed for data line protection from transient overvoltages. It offers a reverse standoff voltage of 5V and a clamping voltage of 9.8V at 1A peak pulse current. With a peak pulse power rating of 300W (8/20μs), it effectively suppresses ESD events per IEC61000-4-2 Level 4 (8kV contact, 30kV air).
This device features a low typical capacitance of 1.9pF at 1MHz, making it suitable for high-speed data lines without signal degradation. It operates over a junction temperature range of -55°C to 150°C and is housed in a compact SOT-23-3 surface-mount package, ideal for automated assembly.
