The DLPA006-7 is a steering (rail-to-rail) TVS diode from Diodes Incorporated designed for general-purpose transient protection. It features a typical reverse standoff voltage of 85V and provides three unidirectional channels for clamping transients on data lines or for use as a three-phase full-wave bridge rectifier.
Key electrical characteristics include a maximum forward current of 160 mA per diode, low leakage current of 5.0 nA at 75V, and ultra-low capacitance of 2.5 pF typical at 1 MHz, making it suitable for high-speed data line protection.
