The DLP3V3DTZ-7 is a transient voltage suppressor diode from Diodes Incorporated. It features a dual unidirectional and single bidirectional configuration, providing protection for two data lines or one line. The device offers a peak pulse power of 372W (unidirectional) and 145W (bidirectional) under 8/20 µs conditions. It has a reverse standoff voltage of 9.3V and a breakdown voltage of 9.666V.
Electrical characteristics include peak pulse currents of 40A (unidirectional) and 15A (bidirectional) (8/20 µs). It has an ESD rating of ±25kV air and ±8kV contact per IEC 61000-4-2. Continuous power dissipation is 300mW. Operating temperature range is -55°C to 150°C.
The diode is housed in a surface-mount SOT-23-3 package (also TO-236-3, SC-59). It is lead-free and RoHS compliant, with a green molding compound and UL 94V-0 flammability rating. Moisture sensitivity level is 1 per J-STD-020.
Applications include automotive electronics, data lines, and portable devices. Note: This part is not recommended for new designs.
