The DLLFSD01LP3-7 is an ultra-low leakage fast switching diode from Diodes Incorporated, designed for high-speed switching applications. It features a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 80V and an average rectified current of 100mA. The device offers a typical reverse recovery time of 4ns and very low capacitance of 2.5pF max, making it ideal for high-frequency circuits. Reverse leakage current is typically 5nA at 5V, ensuring minimal power loss in low-power designs.
Forward voltage is 1.2V max at 100mA, with typical values of 0.74V at 1mA and 0.82V at 10mA. The diode is housed in a leadless X3-DFN0603-2 surface mount package (0.6x0.3mm), with matte tin finish over a copper leadframe. It is rated for operating temperatures from -65°C to 150°C, with a power dissipation of 200mW and thermal resistance of 500°C/W.
The device is fully RoHS3 compliant, halogen-free, and MSL Level 1 per J-STD-020. It is supplied in tape and reel packaging with a standard quantity of 10,000 pieces. Typical applications include high-speed switching, low leakage rectification, signal clamping, and protection circuits in portable and space-constrained electronics.
The DLLFSD01LP3-7 has a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 80V and a non-repetitive peak reverse voltage of 85V.
The average rectified current is 100mA, with a forward continuous current of 300mA.
The forward voltage is 1.2V max at 100mA. Typical values are 0.74V at 1mA and 0.82V at 10mA.
The reverse recovery time is typically 4ns at IF=10mA, VR=6V.
The device is packaged in a surface mount X3-DFN0603-2 (0201 metric) leadless package.
The reverse leakage current is typically 5nA at 5V, 0.1µA at 30V, and 0.2µA at 80V.
