The DL4937-13-F from Diodes Incorporated is a 600V, 1A fast recovery rectifier diode designed for surface mount applications. It features a glass passivated junction for low leakage current and high current capability. The device offers a maximum forward voltage of 1.2V at 1A and a fast reverse recovery time of 200ns, making it suitable for high-frequency switching circuits.
