The DL4148-TP is a high-speed switching diode from Micro Commercial Components, designed for surface mount applications. It is rated for a maximum reverse voltage of 75V and an average forward current of 150mA.
Electrical characteristics include a fast reverse recovery time of 4ns (max) at IF=10mA, VR=6V, RL=100Ω. Forward voltage is 1V max at 10mA. Reverse leakage current is 25nA at 20V and 25°C, and 5µA at 75V. Junction capacitance is 4pF max at 0V, 1MHz.
The device operates over a temperature range of -65°C to +175°C and dissipates up to 500mW. It is housed in a DO-213AC (Mini MELF) package, suitable for automated assembly. The part is RoHS compliant with lead in glass exemption and has MSL 1 moisture sensitivity.
Applications include high-speed switching, general purpose rectification, and protection circuits. Note: The datasheet indicates this part is not recommended for new designs; consider the 1N4148W-TP as an alternative.
