The DL4007-13 is a 1A, 1000V standard recovery rectifier diode from Diodes Incorporated, part of the DL4001-DL4007 series. It features a glass passivated junction for high reliability, high current capability, low forward voltage drop, and low leakage current. The device is rated for a maximum average rectified current of 1A at 75°C terminal temperature, with a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 1000V. Forward voltage is typically 1.1V at 1A. Peak forward surge current (8.3ms single half sine-wave) is 30A. Reverse leakage current is 5µA at 25°C and 50µA at 100°C. Junction capacitance is 15pF at 4V, 1MHz. The device is a standard recovery rectifier with recovery time >500ns.
The rectifier is housed in a surface mount MELF (DO-213AB) package, which is plastic with UL 94V-0 flammability rating. Weight is 0.25 grams.
