The DL4007 is a 1 Amp glass passivated rectifier diode designed for surface mount applications. It features a maximum DC blocking voltage of 1000V and an average forward current rating of 1A at 75°C ambient temperature. The device offers a peak forward surge current capability of 30A (8.3ms half sine) and a maximum forward voltage of 1.1V at 1A. Reverse leakage current is 5µA at 25°C and 50µA at 125°C. Typical junction capacitance is 12pF. The part is housed in a DO-213AB (MELF) package and supports an operating temperature range of -65°C to +150°C. Thermal resistance from junction to lead is 30°C/W. The DL4007 is suitable for general purpose rectification in power supplies and other AC-to-DC conversion circuits.
