The DL4005-13-F is a 1.0A surface mount glass passivated rectifier diode from Diodes Incorporated. It is rated for a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 600V and a DC blocking voltage of 600V, making it suitable for general purpose rectification in low to medium power applications.
With a maximum forward voltage of 1.1V at 1A forward current, the device offers low conduction losses. The reverse leakage current is 5µA at 25°C and 50µA at 100°C. The diode can handle a peak forward surge current of 30A for 8.3ms, providing robustness for inrush conditions.
The device is housed in a DO-213AB / MELF (Glass) plastic package with solderable terminals per MIL-STD-202. It has a typical junction-to-ambient thermal resistance of 50 K/W and operates over a temperature range of -55°C to 150°C. The UL flammability rating is 94V-0 for the plastic material.
