The DL4005-13 is a 1.0A surface mount glass passivated rectifier diode from Diodes Incorporated. It features a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 600V and a maximum forward voltage of 1.1V at 1A. The device is housed in a MELF (DO-213AB) plastic package with solderable terminals per MIL-STD-202. With a typical junction capacitance of 15pF and thermal resistance of 50 K/W, it is suitable for general purpose rectification in power supplies and other applications. The glass passivated junction ensures high reliability and low leakage. Operating temperature range is -55°C to 150°C.
