The DL4004-TP is a standard recovery rectifier diode from Micro Commercial Components, designed for general-purpose rectification in surface-mount applications. It features a maximum DC blocking voltage of 400V and an average forward current rating of 1A at 75°C ambient temperature.
This diode offers a peak forward surge current capability of 30A (8.3ms half sine) and a low forward voltage drop of 1.1V at 1A. Reverse leakage current is specified at 5µA at 25°C and 50µA at 125°C, with a typical junction capacitance of 12pF.
