The DL4004-13-F from Diodes Incorporated is a 1.0A surface mount glass passivated rectifier diode designed for general purpose applications. It features a maximum repetitive reverse voltage of 400V and a forward voltage drop of 1.1V at 1A. The device can handle a peak forward surge current of 30A for 8.3ms, making it robust for inrush conditions.
Operating over a temperature range of -55°C to +150°C, this diode offers a typical junction capacitance of 15pF and thermal resistance of 50 K/W. It is a standard recovery type with recovery time greater than 500ns, suitable for low-frequency rectification.
The diode is housed in a MELF (DO-213AB) plastic package with solderable ends and cathode band polarity marking. The plastic material is UL 94V-0 rated for flammability. It is RoHS3 compliant and has an MSL level of 1 (unlimited).
