The DL4001-13 is a 1.0A surface mount glass passivated rectifier from Diodes Incorporated, part of the DL4001 series. It has a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 50V and an average forward rectified current of 1A at 75°C with resistive or inductive load. The device can handle a peak forward surge current of 30A for a single 8.3ms half sine-wave per the JEDEC method. Forward voltage is 1.1V maximum at 1A.
This rectifier is built with a glass passivated junction for high reliability and low leakage. It is housed in a MELF (DO-213AB) plastic case with solderable terminals per MIL-STD-202 Method 208. The operating junction temperature range is -55°C to +150°C, and the thermal resistance (junction to ambient) is 50 K/W typical. Polarity is indicated by a cathode band.
Typical applications include general purpose rectification, power supply circuits, and other applications requiring a compact, surface-mountable 1A standard recovery diode.
The DL4001-13 has a maximum peak repetitive reverse voltage (VRRM) of 50V.
The DL4001-13 is rated for a maximum average forward rectified current (Io) of 1A at 75°C with resistive or inductive load. For capacitive load, derate by 20%.
The maximum forward voltage (VF) is 1.1V at a forward current of 1A at 25°C.
The DL4001-13 is supplied in a surface mount MELF package (DO-213AB, plastic).
