The Diodes Incorporated DGD05463FN-7 is a high-frequency half-bridge gate driver capable of driving n-channel MOSFETs in a half-bridge configuration. The floating high-side driver is rated up to 50V, and the device offers 1.5A source and 2.5A sink output current capability. Its logic inputs are compatible with standard TTL and CMOS levels down to 3.3V, allowing easy interfacing with MCUs.
