The DG441DY by SIL is a quad, single-pole/single-throw (SPST) analog switch designed for efficient signal routing. It features low on-resistance of 85Ω maximum, with improved on-resistance matching between channels (4Ω max) and flatness over the signal range (9Ω max).
This analog switch guarantees low charge injection (10pC max) and low power consumption (1.65mW max). It offers fast switching times, with tON less than 250ns and tOFF less than 170ns. The DG441DY supports a wide operating supply voltage range, from a single +10V to +30V or bipolar ±4.5V to ±20V supplies. It is compatible with TTL/CMOS logic levels.
Fabricated using a 44V silicon-gate process, the DG441DY provides an ESD tolerance of 2000V minimum. Its improved design also offers lower off-leakage current over temperature, less than 5nA at +85±C. The device is suitable for applications such as sample-and-hold circuits, communication systems, test equipment, and battery-operated systems.
The DG441DY is available in a SOP16 package and is designed for surface mount applications.
