The DG419LDY+T from Analog Devices (formerly Maxim Integrated) is a precision CMOS analog switch. It offers low on-resistance of 35 Ohms, with guaranteed matching and flatness across the signal range. This SPDT switch operates with single supply voltages from +9V to +36V or bipolar supplies from ±4.5V to ±20V.
Designed for compatibility with +3V logic, the DG419LDY+T features low charge injection and low off-leakage current, less than 5nA at +85°C. Switching times are fast, with tON less than 175ns and tOFF less than 185ns. The device handles rail-to-rail analog signal capability.
