The DG408CUE is an 8-channel CMOS analog multiplexer and demultiplexer designed by Analog Devices. It provides a low on-resistance of 100 Ohms maximum and features guaranteed matching between channels (8 Ohms max) and flatness over the signal range (9 Ohms max). This device also guarantees low charge injection (15pC max) and low input off-leakage current (less than 5nA at +85°C).
It operates with a single supply voltage from +5V to +30V or dual supplies from ±5V to ±20V. The DG408CUE is pin-compatible with industry-standard DG408 devices and offers ESD protection greater than 2000V per Method 3015.7.
Applications include sample-and-hold circuits, test equipment, guidance and control systems, communications systems, data-acquisition systems, and audio signal routing. The device is available in a 16-SOIC package and is suitable for surface mount applications.
