The DG408CUE+ is an 8-channel CMOS analog multiplexer/demultiplexer designed by Analog Devices. It features a low on-resistance of 100 Ohms maximum and guaranteed matching between channels. This device is suitable for a wide range of applications including sample-and-hold circuits, test equipment, guidance and control systems, communications systems, data-acquisition systems, and audio signal routing.
Key electrical characteristics include guaranteed low charge injection of 15pC max, on-resistance flatness of 9 Ohms max, and input leakage current of less than 5nA at +85°C. The DG408CUE+ supports rail-to-rail signal handling and operates with single supplies from +5V to +30V or dual supplies from ±5V to ±20V. Digital input controls are TTL/CMOS compatible.
This multiplexer is supplied in a 16-TSSOP package with surface mount mounting type. It has an operating temperature range of 0°C to 70°C (TA). The device offers ESD protection greater than 2000V per Method 3015.7.
