The Intersil DG406DJ is a versatile 16-channel analog multiplexer/demultiplexer. It features guaranteed matching between channels of 8Ω (max) and flatness over the signal range of 9Ω (max). This device offers low on-resistance of 100Ω (max) and guaranteed low charge injection of 15pC (max).
Designed for operation with single or dual supplies, the DG406DJ operates within a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. It provides rail-to-rail signal handling and TTL/CMOS compatible digital input controls. ESD protection is guaranteed to be greater than 2000V.
