The DG303ACWE is a monolithic low-power CMOS dual analog switch from Analog Devices / Maxim Integrated. It features low on-resistance of less than 50Ω, which remains essentially constant over the analog signal range. This device is ideal for battery-powered circuitry and offers fast switching times.
