DG201AAK

The Vishay Siliconix DG201AAK is a monolithic quad SPST (Single Pole Single Throw) analog switch designed for accurate switching over a wide range of input signals. It combines low on-resistance with a wide signal range, making it suitable for industrial and military applications.

Key electrical specifications include a typical on-resistance of 115 Ohms and a maximum of 175 Ohms, with a low off-leakage current of 0.1 nA typical and 1 nA maximum.
