The DG190AP/883B by HAR is a dual, single-pole, double-throw (SPDT) analog switch. It is part of the DG181 through DG191 series, designed to function as electronic switches using N-channel junction-type field-effect transistors (JFETs).
This analog switch offers constant ON-resistance for signals up to ±7.5V and features low leakage current of less than 2nA from the signal channel in both ON and OFF states. The device provides break-before-make action, with switching speeds (tON, tOFF) under 150ns. It can block voltages up to 20V peak-to-peak in the OFF condition and offers isolation greater than 50dB at 10MHz.
