The DG183BP from Vishay Dale is a high-precision dual double-pole, single-throw (DPST) analog switch designed for accurate switching of video and audio signals. It is well-suited for applications requiring a constant on-resistance across the entire analog range.

This series offers a low on-resistance of 15 Ohms, low leakage current, and low crosstalk, minimizing errors in signal paths. The device comprises four n-channel JFET transistors and a TTL-compatible bipolar driver, ensuring fast and accurate switching performance. Each switch conducts current equally well in either direction when on, and blocks up to 20V peak-to-peak when off, with feedthrough less than -60 dB at 10 MHz.
