The Vishay Dale DG1412EN-T1-GE4 is a precision monolithic quad single-pole single-throw (SPST) CMOS analog switch. Built on a new CMOS process, it offers low on-resistance of 1.8 Ohms and flatness of 0.3 Ohms over the full signal range, ensuring excellent linearity and low signal distortion.
This device operates from dual ±4.5 V to ±15 V power supplies and supports analog signals up to the supply voltage when on, blocking them when off. It features four independently selectable SPST switches that are normally open.
