The Tri-Mag, LLC DG040M-J is a 40W open frame AC/DC power supply designed for high performance in a compact 2" x 3" x 0.91" form factor. It operates from a universal input voltage range of 90-264 VAC and features built-in active PFC for improved power efficiency.
This converter offers a 36V output with a maximum current of 1.11A and a peak power capability of 55W. Key electrical specifications include typical efficiency of ≥86%, line regulation of ±0.5%, and load regulation of ±1.0%. It also provides overvoltage, overload, and short circuit protection with auto recovery.
Designed for demanding environments, the DG040M-J operates from -20°C to 70°C with free air convection cooling. It meets stringent safety standards including UL/CSA/EN 60950-1 for ITE and ANSI/AMMI/CSA/EN 60601-1 for medical applications, and is approved for 2xMOPP applications.
