DFLZ39-7 is a 39V nominal Zener diode in the 1W PowerDI®123 surface mount package from Diodes Incorporated. It is part of the DFLZ5V1–DFLZ39 family of 1.0W surface mount power Zener diodes. The device provides voltage regulation and clamping functions in a compact, low-profile form factor.
