The DFLZ24-7 is a 24V zener diode from Diodes Incorporated designed for voltage regulation and overvoltage protection applications. It offers a nominal zener voltage of 24V with a tolerance of ±6%, ensuring reliable performance. The device can dissipate up to 1W of power on an FR-4 PCB, making it suitable for moderate power clamping circuits.
Electrical characteristics include a maximum reverse leakage current of 1µA at 18V reverse voltage and a typical forward voltage of 1.2V at 200mA forward current.
