The DFLZ18-TP is a Zener diode from Micro Commercial Components, part of the DFLZ series. It provides a nominal Zener voltage of 18V with a tolerance of ±6%, and is rated for 1W power dissipation at an ambient temperature of 50°C. The diode offers a maximum forward voltage of 1.2V at 200mA and a reverse leakage current of 1µA at 13V.
This device is designed for surface mount assembly and comes in a SOD-123FL package (also referred to as SOD-123F). It features a thermal resistance of 110°C/W junction-to-ambient and 9°C/W junction-to-soldering point, supporting reliable operation across a junction temperature range of -55°C to +150°C.
