The DFLZ16-TP from Micro Commercial is a 1W surface mount Zener diode designed for voltage regulation and protection applications. It features a nominal Zener voltage of 16V with a ±6% tolerance, ensuring precise voltage clamping. The device offers low Zener impedance of 15Ω at 25mA test current, providing stable operation. Reverse leakage current is limited to 1µA at 12V, and forward voltage is 1.2V at 200mA.
The diode is housed in a compact SOD-123FL package, suitable for automated assembly. It operates over a wide temperature range of -55°C to 150°C and has a thermal resistance of 110°C/W junction-to-ambient and 9°C/W junction-to-soldering point.
