The DFLZ12-7 is a 12 V Zener diode from Diodes Incorporated, part of the DFLZ series of surface mount power Zener diodes. It provides a nominal Zener voltage of 12 V with ±5% tolerance and is rated for 1 W power dissipation on FR-4 PCB.
