The DFLT12A-7 is a 225W surface mount transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diode from Diodes Incorporated. It is designed to protect sensitive electronics from voltage transients and surges. The device offers a reverse standoff voltage of 12 V and a maximum clamping voltage of 19.9 V, ensuring reliable clamping during overvoltage events.
With a peak pulse power dissipation of 225 W for a 10/1000µs waveform and 1125 W for an 8/20µs waveform, the DFLT12A-7 provides robust transient protection.
