The DFLT10A-7 is a 225W surface mount transient voltage suppressor from Diodes Incorporated. It features a 10V reverse standoff voltage and a maximum clamping voltage of 17V at a peak pulse current of 13.2A (10/1000µs waveform). The device is unidirectional with a single channel and is designed for general purpose circuit protection.
This TVS diode offers excellent clamping capability and is rated for a peak forward surge current of 50A (8.3ms single half sine wave). The maximum instantaneous forward voltage is 3.5V at 12A. It operates over a junction temperature range of -65°C to 150°C and has a maximum DC steady-state power dissipation of 1.0W.
The DFLT10A-7 is housed in the PowerDI 123 package, a surface mount package with matte tin annealed over copper leadframe terminals. The package is molded with green molding compound and has a UL 94V-0 flammability rating. It is RoHS3 compliant, halogen and antimony free, and MSL Level 1 per J-STD-020.
The reverse standoff voltage is 10V.
