The DFLS230Q-7 is a 2.0A surface mount Schottky barrier rectifier from Diodes Incorporated, designed for automotive applications. It features a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage of 30V and an average forward current of 2A. The forward voltage drop is typically 490mV at 2A and 25°C, ensuring low power loss and high efficiency. Reverse leakage current is limited to 1mA at 30V. The device includes guard ring die construction for transient protection and ESD immunity of 4kV HBM.
This rectifier is AEC-Q101 qualified and PPAP capable, making it suitable for demanding automotive environments. It is ideal for polarity protection, recirculating, and switching diode applications. The operating temperature range spans -55°C to 125°C.
The DFLS230Q-7 is housed in a PowerDI123 surface mount package with a molded plastic case rated UL 94V-0. It has matte tin annealed terminals over a copper leadframe, solderable per MIL-STD-202. The device is lead-free, RoHS3 compliant, and halogen and antimony free. Supplied in tape and reel packaging with 3000 pieces per reel.
