DFLS220L-7

The DFLS220L-7 is a 2.0A surface mount Schottky barrier rectifier from Diodes Incorporated, designed for low power loss and high efficiency. It features a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage of 20V and a maximum average forward current of 2A at +25°C. The typical forward voltage is only 420 mV at 2A, enabling efficient operation. The device can handle non-repetitive peak forward surge current up to 40A (8.3ms single half sine-wave). Junction capacitance is typically 75 pF at 10V and 1MHz. The rectifier is housed in a PowerDI 123 package, which is surface mountable and weighs approximately 0.01 grams. The package uses a molded plastic compound with UL flammability rating 94V-0 and is moisture sensitivity level 1 per J-STD-020. The terminal finish is matte tin annealed over copper leadframe, solderable per MIL-STD-202, Method 208. The DFLS220L-7 is RoHS3 compliant, halogen- and antimony-free (green device). It is supplied in tape and reel packaging with 3000 units per reel. The guard ring die construction provides transient protection, and the patented interlocking clip design enhances surge current capacity.
