The DFLS2100-7 is a Schottky rectifier diode designed for high-efficiency power conversion applications. It offers a maximum reverse voltage of 100V and an average rectified current rating of 2A. The forward voltage is typically 860mV at 2A, enabling low conduction losses. The diode features fast recovery characteristics with a reverse recovery time of less than 500ns, making it suitable for high-frequency switching circuits. Junction capacitance is 36pF at 5V and 1MHz, contributing to minimal switching losses. The device operates over a wide temperature range from -55°C to 175°C, ensuring reliability in harsh environments. It is housed in a compact PowerDI123 surface mount package (POWERDI®123), which offers excellent thermal performance and space savings on the PCB. The DFLS2100-7 is RoHS3 compliant and has a moisture sensitivity level of 1 (unlimited). Typical applications include DC-DC converters, freewheeling diodes, polarity protection, and high-frequency rectification.
