The DFLS160Q-7 is a 1.0A surface mount Schottky barrier rectifier from Diodes Incorporated. It features a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 60V and a low forward voltage drop of 500mV maximum at 1A. The device utilizes a guard ring die construction for transient protection and a patented interlocking clip design for high surge current capacity.
