The DFLS160-7 is a 60V, 1A surface mount Schottky barrier rectifier designed and manufactured by Diodes Incorporated. It utilizes a guard ring die construction for transient protection and a patented interlocking clip design for high surge current capacity.
This rectifier offers a maximum DC blocking voltage of 60V and an average rectified current of 1A (single phase, half wave, 60Hz, resistive or inductive load). The typical forward voltage is 500mV at 1A forward current. It can handle a peak forward surge current of 50A for an 8.3ms single half sine-wave. The junction capacitance is typically 67pF at 10V reverse bias and 1MHz.
The device is housed in a PowerDI 123 surface mount package, which is molded with a green molding compound rated UL 94V-0. The terminals have a matte tin annealed over copper finish, solderable per MIL-STD-202, Method 208. The package weight is approximately 0.01 grams. It is supplied in tape and reel packaging with a standard quantity of 3000 units per reel.
