The DFLS140Q-7 is a 1.0A surface mount Schottky barrier rectifier designed for automotive applications. It offers a maximum reverse voltage of 40V and an average rectified current of 1.1A. The forward voltage drop is typically 510 mV at 500 mA, enabling low power loss and high efficiency.
This device includes a guard ring die construction for transient protection and a patented interlocking clip design for high surge current capacity. It is housed in a PowerDI 123 package, which is surface mountable and has a moisture sensitivity level of 1 (unlimited). The terminals are finished with matte tin annealed over a copper leadframe.
