DFLS130L-7

The DFLS130L-7 is a 1.0A surface mount Schottky Barrier Rectifier from Diodes Incorporated. It is designed for low power loss and high efficiency applications. The device has a maximum reverse voltage (DC) of 30V and a typical forward voltage of 310mV at a forward current of 1A. The maximum average forward current is 1A at +121°C, and it can handle a non-repetitive peak forward surge current of 50A for 8.3ms. The junction capacitance is typically 76pF at 10V, 1MHz. The device is a fast recovery rectifier with speed ≤500ns. It is housed in the PowerDI 123 surface mount package (package material: molded plastic, UL 94V-0) and is fully RoHS compliant, lead-free, halogen and antimony free (Green Device). The operating temperature range is -40°C to +125°C. The device features a guard ring die construction for transient protection and a patented interlocking clip design for high surge current capacity. Typical applications include power supply rectification, freewheeling diodes, and polarity protection in low voltage systems.
