The DFLS130-7 is a 1.0A surface mount Schottky barrier rectifier from Diodes Incorporated, designed for low power loss and high efficiency. It features a maximum repetitive reverse voltage of 30V and a low forward voltage drop of 420mV at 1A, which minimizes power dissipation. The device includes a guard ring die construction for transient protection and offers high surge capability. With a typical junction capacitance of 40pF at 10V and 1MHz, it is suitable for high frequency switching applications. The part is packaged in a PowerDI 123 surface mount package, which is UL 94V-0 rated and has a moisture sensitivity level of 1 per J-STD-020. Terminals are matte tin annealed over a copper leadframe, and the device is RoHS3 compliant, halogen and antimony free. It is supplied in tape and reel packaging with a standard quantity of 3000 pieces.
