The DFLS1200Q-7 is a 200V, 1A Schottky Barrier Rectifier designed by Diodes Incorporated. It utilizes Schottky barrier technology to achieve low forward voltage drop (850 mV maximum at 1 A and 25°C) and high efficiency. The device features a guard ring die construction for enhanced transient protection and a patented interlocking clip design for high surge current capability. Reverse leakage current is limited to 2 µA maximum at 25°C. This rectifier is AEC-Q101 qualified, PPAP capable, and manufactured in IATF 16949 certified facilities, making it suitable for automotive applications. It is RoHS compliant, halogen-free, and antimony-free (green device). The part is packaged in a PowerDI123 surface-mount package, with matte tin plating over copper leadframe terminals.
