The DFLS1200-7 is a high voltage Schottky Barrier Rectifier designed by Diodes Incorporated. It offers a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 200V and an average forward current of 1A. The forward voltage is typically 850mV at 1A, enabling efficient power conversion. The device includes a guard ring die construction for transient protection and a patented interlocking clip design for high surge current capacity up to 40A (8.3ms single half sine-wave).
This rectifier is suitable for high frequency applications due to its fast recovery speed (≤500ns) and low junction capacitance of 23pF at 5V, 1MHz. It operates over a wide temperature range from -65°C to 175°C. The PowerDI123 package is surface mountable and weighs 0.01 grams.
The DFLS1200-7 is RoHS3 compliant, halogen and antimony free, making it a green device. It is also available in an automotive-grade variant (DFLS1200Q) under separate datasheet. The product is supplied in tape and reel packaging with 3000 pieces per reel.
