The DFLS1150Q-7 from Diodes Incorporated is a 1.0A high-voltage Schottky barrier rectifier designed for applications requiring low forward voltage drop and high efficiency. It features a maximum peak repetitive reverse voltage of 150V and an RMS reverse voltage of 106V. The device offers a maximum forward voltage of 0.82V at 1A and a maximum average rectified current of 1A. Its reverse leakage current is limited to 2 µA at 25°C, and it can handle a non-repetitive peak forward surge current of 50A.
The rectifier is housed in a molded plastic PowerDI123 package with a matte tin annealed over copper leadframe finish. It is rated for operating temperatures from -55°C to 175°C. The part is AEC-Q101 qualified for automotive applications, RoHS3 compliant, and halogen- and antimony-free.
Typical applications include switch-mode power supplies, DC-DC converters, freewheeling diodes, reverse polarity protection, and blocking diodes.
