The DFLS1100-7 is a Schottky barrier rectifier from Diodes Incorporated designed for high efficiency and low power loss. It is rated for a repetitive peak reverse voltage of 100V and an average rectified current of 1A. The forward voltage drop is a maximum of 770mV at 1A, contributing to reduced power dissipation, while the reverse leakage current is limited to 0.35µA.
