The DFLR1600-7 is a 1.0A surface mount glass passivated rectifier from Diodes Incorporated, packaged in the compact PowerDI123 package.
This rectifier features a peak repetitive reverse voltage (VRRM) of 600V and a forward voltage drop maximum of 1.1V at 1A. With a maximum reverse leakage current of 3µA, it offers efficient rectification for general-purpose power supply applications.
Designed for automated assembly, the device is a standard recovery type with typical recovery time greater than 500ns. The PowerDI123 package has a low profile (height less than 1.1mm) and includes a patented interlocking clip design for high surge capacity.
The DFLR1600-7 is fully RoHS compliant and halogen- and antimony-free ("Green" device). It is available in tape and reel packaging with 3,000 units per reel.
