The DFLR1400-7 is a 1.0A surface mount glass passivated rectifier diode in the compact PowerDI®123 package. It is rated for a maximum reverse voltage (VRRM) of 400V and a maximum forward current (IF(AV)) of 1A. The device exhibits a low forward voltage drop of 1.1V at 1A and a low reverse leakage current of 3 µA at 25°C.
Designed for general rectification, this diode is suitable for power supply applications, DC-DC converters, AC-DC adapters, chargers, freewheeling diodes, and inverters. The glass passivated die construction ensures reliability and stability. The device operates over a junction temperature range of -65°C to 150°C.
The PowerDI®123 package is a low-profile surface mount design with a height less than 1.1mm, ideal for automated assembly. It features matte tin termination finish and is RoHS compliant with a lead-free and halogen-free "Green" molding compound. The moisture sensitivity level is MSL Level 1 per J-STD-020.
